Spaces That Become Part of Our Heritage

Bocconi boasts one of the first examples in Italy of a university campus with a distinctly international vibe, while also being integrated into Milan’s urban fabric. Naming a space here means leaving a tangible and lasting mark, contributing to the development of new infrastructure and touching students’ daily experiences, as well as carrying strong symbolic value.

In 2025, a study room in the Bocconi Library — the heart of the University — was named after Enrico Parazzini.

Following an agreement with Fondazione Leonardo Del Vecchio — which established the Leonardo Del Vecchio Students Award — Bocconi also named the Leonardo Del Vecchio Building, located in Piazza Sraffa 13, after the eyewear entrepreneur, accompanying the tribute with a photographic exhibition on his life.

Alumni Chapters in Italy and abroad also play a part in this initiative: their names are inscribed on the columns of the Alumni Clubhouse’s multipurpose space as a token of appreciation for the support they have given to students. Between 2024 and 2025, participants included groups from Amsterdam, the Arabian Peninsula, Boston, Como, Dublin, Florence, Luxembourg, Miami, New York, Paris, Rome, Bergamo, Geneva, London, Zurich, Brussels, the MBA 14 Class Group and Leva ’89.
