OTB Foundation Brave Women Awards

Arianna Alessi, Vice President of the OTB Foundation, met with the first eight recipients of the OTB Foundation Brave Women Awards on November 7, 2022, at Bocconi University, to get to know them, network, and reflect on the future with a view to giving back.
“Despite being very young, all the girls showed the determination and motivation needed to make a difference in our country tomorrow,” said Arianna Alessi “They all willingly accepted the required commitment to support other women, at the mentoring level and, in the future, at the financial level, with the activation of other scholarships.”
The Named Scholarship Fund established by the OTB Foundation at Bocconi University, with a total contribution of €280,000, aims to support a new generation of women managers in both the public and private sectors—women who are capable of building networks, committed to mutual support, and eager to create a virtuous cycle of empowerment. The OTB Foundation Brave Women Awards provide recipients with the opportunity to pursue a master’s degree at Bocconi through a comprehensive and well-structured support package.
