In 2025, a fundraising initiative was launched in memory of Fabio Gallia, an executive and Bocconi Alumnus, with the aim of continuing his legacy and promoting his values. The initiative involved friends and family and benefited from a matching gift from BNL, which significantly increased the total amount raised.
The Alberto Alesina Young Economists Award, established to honor the legacy of one of the most brilliant economists of our time, supports top students in the Master of Science in Economic and Social Sciences by providing full tuition waivers.
Finally, the Chair in Strategic Management of Family Business in memory of Alberto Falck — an entrepreneur and leading figure in the area of family firms — supported by AIDAF-EY and held by Professor Carlo Salvato, continues to advance research on family businesses, promoting research findings through publications, conferences and outreach activities.
