Thanks to the strength and energy of the Bocconi community, we bring together Donors and Alumni in initiatives that support the next generation of students.
One of the most significant examples of this vast network from 2024 was the Friends of Bocconi (FoB) Benefit Gala on October 24 in New York City. This event - in addition to celebrating Bocconi’s philanthropic spirit - helped us reach our fundraising goal for the American Fund, created by Alumni in the United States, thanks in part to Carlo Bronzini Vender’s generous matching gift. During the event, a special moment was dedicated to recognizing honorees for their outstanding contributions: Silvia Candiani, Emilia Fazzalari, Wyc Grousbeck, and Diego Piacentini.
Other initiatives include the MBA Reunion and the Alumni Senior Celebration, both of which, through their respective scholarship funds, demonstrate the Bocconi community's ongoing commitment. The funds, raised thanks to the generosity of Alumnae and Alumni who reunite after years, provide new opportunities for talented young people, fostering access to exceptional courses of study through tuition waivers and scholarships.
These events and fundraisers demonstrate that the generosity of Donors and Alumni is not just a charitable gesture but true intergenerational solidarity. Thanks to their support, deserving students can turn their ambitions into reality.
