Amplifon, a longstanding member of the CEMS Corporate Associates Program and Corporate Partner, has partnered with Bocconi University to establish the Amplifon Chair in Customer Science. This professorship was created through a collaboration between the global leader in hearing care retail and Bocconi, with the aim of advancing the understanding of customers, their purchasing journeys, and loyalty dynamics through the application of cutting-edge computer science and artificial intelligence techniques.

The Chair has developed an extensive research agenda and a range of educational initiatives, engaging students in hands-on challenges that provide direct exposure to real-world business issues and foster close interaction with industry professionals.
