Director, SUR LAB – Sustainable Urban Regeneration Lab
Scientific research is key to understanding how to address the most complex global challenges, such as the climate crisis and social inequalities. Bocconi’s approach, integrating theoretical and applied research, with the goal of generating concrete solutions, stands out.
One example is AgriLab, supported by Fondazione Romeo ed Enrica Invernizzi, Crédit Agricole and Farming 4 Future Foundation, which has focused on the development of innovative and sustainable practices in the agrifood sector since 2019, in close collaboration with companies in the field, to better respond to their needs.
Concurrently, the SUR Lab, established in 2021 and supported by Hines, Intesa Sanpaolo and Prelios, is dedicated to sustainable urban regeneration, developing methods and best practices to create value for cities, businesses and the community. Thanks to the support of its Donors, Bocconi can continue to conduct cutting-edge research and develop initiatives that contribute to the advancement of society and the strengthening of social responsibility.
